The Vision
Wolfpack Elite was built to give the world’s best swimmers the chance to keep training at the highest level after and during their NCAA careers. From the Rio Games in 2016, Tokyo in 2021, and Paris in 2024, to the road toward Los Angeles 2028, Wolfpack Elite athletes have stood on the world’s biggest stages and brought home medals for Team USA.
Now, with 21 Olympians, 17 American Records, 8 World Records, and 70 World Championship medals to our name, we are setting our sights even higher.
But behind every medal and every moment of triumph lie immense challenges and sacrifices — rising financial demands, the need for world-class facilities to remain competitive, countless hours of training, and months spent away from family. The Need
When NCAA eligibility ends, so does the structured support of college athletics. Yet for swimmers with Olympic potential, the most important years are often still ahead. Training and travel costs rise, access to world-class facilities becomes essential, and the demands of international competition intensify. Without intentional investment, even the most talented athletes face barriers that can cut their careers short. Wolfpack Elite exists to close this gap, providing the resources, coaching, and environment needed to keep America’s best swimmers competing at the highest level.

- World-Class Facilities – Building the Wolfpack Elite Outdoor High-Performance Aquatic Center, opening in 2026, to ensure athletes have training facilities that matches their ambitions.
- Competition & Training Support – Funding the travel, lodging, and international racing opportunities required to stay competitive on the world stage.
- Coaching Excellence – Backing Head Coach Braden Holloway, honored as the sole Head Coach of Team USA at the 2025 World Championships, and ensuring our athletes continue to learn from the very best.
