After an incredible summer where athletes sharpened their speed, power, and race skills, we’re excited to bring back Wolfpack Elite’s High School Sprint Training Group this fall! The Speed Force program is designed to push swimmers to their next level—focusing on explosiveness, technical efficiency, and sprint-specific training in a high-performance environment.
The SPEED FORCE is the perfect supplement to your club or high school training.
The emphasis is on Sprint QUALITY—we focus on mastering the key elements of sprinting rather than just increasing the volume of work. This ensures that you’re training smarter, not harder, and building the foundation for sustained sprint success.

Athlete Success by the Numbers
This summer, the results spoke for themselves. Nearly every swimmer who trained with Speed Force saw measurable, tangible progress—not just in effort, but in performance on the clock.
In the 50 freestyle—the ultimate test of speed—94% of swimmers went lifetime bests, with an average improvement of 3.91% (compared to the 1.79% national average). For sprint specialists, that’s a massive edge heading into the season.
90% of our swimmers hit lifetime bests in their primary event. That’s an extraordinary success rate compared to the national average, and it shows the effectiveness of our sprint-focused training model.
On average, women improved by 4.61%—over four times the national average of 1.11%.
Men improved by 3.66%, well above the national average of 2.69%.
These numbers aren’t just statistics; they’re a reflection of athletes learning how to sprint smarter, race harder, and maximize every detail of their swims.
